Orders must be paid in full before items are shipped.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer, so please ensure all address details are correctly listed and a secure delivery address is provided. See postage below for more information.
Lucy King Design is a small independent business and does not accept returns for change of mind. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges
All orders are thoroughly and carefully checked prior to posting.
If a mistake has occurred with your order, or an item is faulty or damaged, please email Lucy King Design within 5 days of receiving your order and quote order number.
A full refund or exchange can be organised for damaged or faulty goods, or for any order mistakes.
Lucy King Design is a small independent business and can’t offer returns for a change of mind, so please make your selection carefully. Thank you for your understanding.
Postage
Items are packaged and shipped within 3 days of receiving an order.
All items will be sent by Australia Post regular mail service, unless otherwise requested.
International orders will be sent via Australia Post standard mail. It can take up to 15 days for international orders to arrive after being shipped from Australia.
If you would like your order to be tracked, please contact Lucy King Design for additional costs associated with this service.
International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.
